Thomas Livestock Company hosted it’s first Holiday Tour for Faith Nichols (Broken Bow, NE), Adam Thomas and Emily Hedin (Bethesda, MD). The group toured the Georgetown farrowing facility on the original Thomas family ranch where they learned how TLC cares for animals from birth to finish. Faith and Emily particularly enjoyed helping the farm staff to dry off new born piglets! Next stop was the sow room where they met the friendly sows and learned how the animals live day to day. The tour was led by Tim Friedel (General Manager), Larry Coleman (veterinarian), and Hunter Thomas (UNL ag business student).
